All awards must have been earned during the club awards year.  Beginning date for the year 2005 is January 1 through December 15, 2005. 

Every club member who is the owner/co-owner or breeder/co-breeder of a dog earning an award must personally apply for the award to the awards Chairman or no award will be given. 

If your dog earned his award BEFORE you became a club member, no award will be given.
